The apartments are modern and stylishly furnished, have a balcony with a side view of the sea, which provides more coziness. The apartment is on a hill, so if you plan to walk with small children or older people, I do not recommend it.

Everything was great, the apartment is very modern and the property is a family business, so they are always there to help with anything you need. Also the lady was very kind to offer us to shower after the beach on the checkout day since the room was not booked that day. Highly recommend it :)

Apartment is big and cosy, add to that amazing view from terrace. Hosts are really kind and helpful. We had great time here and in Ulcinj overall, looking forward to visit again.

It is quite hilly when heading towards apartment from small beach, but entire city in this area is like that :)

Superb

It's a family business. The owners are really nice and hospitable. They respond to all queries immediately. They even offered us a free additional day at the end of our stay. The apartament is like in the photos. Everything is new and clean. The view is marvellous - you can see the Old Town and the sea. Thank you for the stay!

It would be a good idea if the apartament had some cleaning facilities, like a broom or a brush and dustpan.

The host was extra kind. We got upgraded to a room with a sea view, at no extra cost, because it was available. The flat was very spacious, with modern interior design and furniture. And yes, there is real designated parking space for your car.

The uphill path from the town center is really exhausting, but maybe it's good for your health. :)

Улцинь - наше любимое место в Черногории, Велика плана - любимый пляж. Мы всегда останавливаемся только в этих апартаментах: уже подружились с хозяевами, дом прекрасный и надежный, всегда чисто и уютно, все вопросы помогают решить, если вдруг это необходимо. Великолепный вид из окна. Мечтаем вернуться зимой вне сезон и побродить в тишине по опустевшему городу и пляжу.
