A house for a short stay if you don’t care about relaxing.

The oil burner was in a room inside the house, which resulted in the house smelling like oil and making noise every time the central heating turned on. We had no control over the central heating temperature, as the landlord adjusted it remotely from his phone at his own discretion. The only thing we could adjust for heating was an air condition unit in the living room, which didn’t reach the bedroom or the bathroom. In the apartment above ours, which was essentially connected to ours by a locked door, two parties took place during our stay. So, if someone needs peace and quiet, this is not the right place. The bathroom had no hooks or shelves in the shower, which was very small.

This is a great and comfortable property with everything I needed for a few days' stay, and the owner is a very friendly and helpful host. Quiet location near to all the places I needed to visit. Also, the price is fantastic for the Panorama area - everything else I saw was much more expensive.

Getting access to the apartment was a bit difficult. The automatic email from booking.com said that the keys would be in a white cupboard near the door. There was no white cupboard, instead there was a key safe but I had not been given any information about the code. I didn't have a Greek sim card to be able to call the owner, but thankfully I was able to connect to the property wifi from outside the apartment and contact him for help. The information about accessing the apartment is old and needs to be updated.

Good view on Thessaloniki and the bay. Landlord was very nice and friendly and did adress our concerns immediately. Average kitchen with all essentials.

Good choice for 2 nigths stay

Very good location, a luxury houses neighbourhood. Silence, safe, good panorama They have big yard and apartment was quite in the back of the house. Living is big and kitchen has stuff to use. They have ac portable but doing its job Even if in other reviews the house was known as noise due to parties, we also had some other persons living on the top floor and near us and they made indeed some noise but we let host know and the other guests cut the noise from the time silence hours began.

I believe bathroom may be improoved. Size is quite ok but the shower is small and it's has curtain walls (not solid). Host could easily do renovation here that will improve a lot.

Expected more and got disappointed

The garden and the barbecue and the bedroom was very clean

We booked the place to celebrate and after we talked to the landlord and we agreed the music would stop after 12 o'clock but unfortunately it was cut off since 10, mysteriously leaving our guests without entertainment.

Kitchen was not equipped to actually cook in it. Lots of mosquitoes outside in the evening. The apartment above is rented out and used a lot for parties, which is not good for a good night's sleep. The shower is not too big and needed some adjustments which the owner did quickly

L'appartement est bien aménagé avec une partie chambre, une partie cuisine ouverte sur le salon. Cela se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel calme à l'écart du centre ville. Il y a ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner un peu, un lit confortable. C'est propre et il y a un espace de verdure autour de l'appartement qui est agréable.. On récupère les clés dans une boîte sécurisée.

C'est une rue un peu difficile à trouver sur Maps, il faut avoir une voiture pour venir dans cet appartement. La douche n'est pas très grande. Il y a eu une fête organisée par des jeunes un soir qui a duré jusqu'à 2 heures du matin, c'était assez bruyant.

Sehr altes Haus in schlechtem Zustand, nicht dem Preis angemessen, sehr unfairer Vermieter!

Die Unterkunft ist extrem alt, muffig und in keinem guten Zustand. Sie ist in dieser Form nicht dem Preis angemessen, den wir dafür gezahlt haben! Die Fenster sind nicht dicht und insbesondere die Fliegengitter sind alle defekt, obwohl es um das Haus herum SEHR viele Mücken gibt! Zudem hat das Bad einen unangenehmen Geruch und scheint ein Schimmelproblem zu haben. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt nach nur einer Nacht abgebrochen. Die schlechteste Erfahrung hatten wir aber mit dem Vermieter!!! Gleich nach unserer Ankunft haben wir dem Vermieter mitgeteilt, dass wir mit der Unterkunft nicht zufrieden sind. Er gestand zunächst direkt ein, dass das Haus in keinem guten Zustand sei und er dort selber auch nicht gerne übernachten würde. Er stimmte daher einer Stornierung zu, falls dies von Booking.com genehmigt würde. Wir vereinbarten also, dass wir die erste Nacht übernachten und entsprechend zahlen würden, die übrigen 3 Nächte hingegen storniert würden. Als Booking.com am nächsten Morgen die Stornierung bestätigen wollte, konnten sie den Vermieter nicht erreichen. Als wir ihn dann selbst anriefen, kam es dann zu einer Diskussion, bei der wir vergeblich versuchten, den Vermieter an seine Zusage zu erinnern, ohne eine Einigung erzielen zu können. Es kam zu Rechtfertigungen und Schuldzuweisungen, welche ich hier nicht im Detail ausführen möchte. Der Vermieter beharrte darauf, nur 2 Nächte zu erstatten. Der Vermieter weigerte sich später aber sogar, die zugesagten 2 Nächte zu erstatten! Am Ende forderte er sogar, dass ich ihm eine 10/10 Bewertung hinterlassen solle, dann würde er mir EINE Nacht erstatten, das sei ein Geschenk von ihm! Er hat bis heute NICHTS erstattet! Ich möchte nicht in weitere Details gehen, der Vermieter wird in seiner Stellungnahme sicherlich viele Worte finden, um sein Verhalten zu rechtfertigen.
