Everything was perfect. The sea view from the balkony was amazing. The studio was very good. The host was very kind.

Nice and clean rooms. Very good garden area especially for families with kids. Good WiFi connection. Not far away from Nea Skioni.
- Right on our arrival we've been given the key for the room and i got instructions on what and how to be used. I was also told, once i am ready with the luggage i shall go downstairs and pay the rest for our stay. This is all good and this is how it should be. What i didn't like is the second prompt to go downstairs and make the rest of the payment while i was still moving the baggage from the car to the room (about 10 minutes after i received the key).
- The beach near the facility is unusable. In general, this is not an issue as you can reach the nearest beach, which is nice and sandy, in 5 minutes with a car. However, with a 2 year old kid for me it was a bit uncomfortable to pack all beach stuff twice a day.
- The walls are very thin and the sound insulation is not good at all. You can hear everything that's going on in the room next to you and we heard a lot at 5 o'clock in the morning and sometimes during the day :).
- The rest hours: 15:30 - 17:30. Again, with a 2 years old kid these are not the best hours. You cannot force the kid to go to sleep at 15:30. Although the facility was almost empty (there were only 4 cars, so i guess not more then 4 families as we didn't saw any other guests for our whole stay there) it was pretty annoying that everyday there was a noise by vacuum cleaner, by moving furniture in the rooms next to us and the neighbors of the facility did some repair works everyday in the afternoon. So we couldn't get a proper rest in the afternoon for our whole stay.
- One day there was no electricity for a few hours, which can happen and it is not a big problem.
- Another day the water supply was cutoff so there was no water in the facility. Again, can happen, but it's a problematic with a little kid without having a fresh water.
- We ended up by leaving a day earlier.
