The apartment was spacious, cozy, and well-equipped with plenty of furniture and enough chairs for everyone. We especially liked having two balconies, each with its own table and chairs, and the kitchen was large and comfortable. It was also great to have an oven with baking dishes available, which was very useful during our stay. The washing machine was another big advantage and made our longer stay much more convenient. The host was responsive and, after I mentioned the issue with the cookware, kindly brought us a new pot, which I really appreciated.

There were several issues that affected our stay. The cookware was in very poor condition. Most of the pots and pans were worn out, and there were almost no matching lids, which made cooking difficult. Although the host kindly replaced one pot after I asked, the rest of the kitchen equipment still needs improvement. Another major issue was that the property name listed on Booking.com does not match the actual name of the building. This caused a lot of confusion. Our transfer driver initially went to the wrong location, and when I searched for “Niki Apartment,” Google showed a completely different property in another town. I strongly recommend using the correct property name to avoid confusing future guests. Finally, the access to the beach was inconvenient. There was no proper pedestrian path. The options were either walking along the main road or using a narrow path through bushes, which was muddy and difficult because of standing water. A safe and comfortable walking route would make a big difference.
