A lovely place to enjoy nature and family time.
We loved the location, it actually exceeded our expectations. It was quiet, right on the beach (which has pebbles, but a water as great as you can find in Kassandra) and very convenient. It’s located close to Nea Skioni, which has basically everything you need (from amazing deserts, fresh fish/meats for barbecue, well supplied supermarkets and a couple of great restaurants). The house is spacious and well equipped, with plenty of seating options outdoor and 2.5 bathrooms. We’ve also been visited daily by a fantastic orange cat with turquoise eyes - to be honest, I’d come back just for him.
We wished there was a table somewhere in the yard, under the trees, where the wind makes it more pleasant.

The location of the house was perfect. The home was pretty nice. The private beach was only 20 meters away. The owner, Gina, was very friendly and helpful. The property is exactly as described.

The yard is big with olive trees and wooden sunbeds. 50 m away is the beach with sand& stones. Basically you have your private beach although the sea entrance is difficult with big rocks so shoes are needed. Big tv screen with Netflix
The house itself is pretty old with no refresh in last years, furniture has that "old smell". Same for the kitchen appliances. There is a switch in the living that we were requested to turn on to have warm water and turn it off after 20 min every time (this was annoying). The most unpleasant thing was the 3rd room that in fact is built in the exterior of the house (formerly an annex to the house) with entrance directly from the yard. Very small room with no wardrobe just some shelves) and a minuscule bathroom

The property is not separated via fence from the next villa. We were looking for a villa so that the dog can run free. It was not possible.
