Good location but with many downsides

Location is steps away from the beach, restaurants, etc. Parking is also available. The venue has functional air conditioning and a washing machine if needed. The small patio has a clothes drying rack which we appreciated. Olimpiada is a few km away from amazing beaches such as Amos, Balkonaki, Babylon. For people travelling by car is worth exploring them.

The location address is in Greek, so we had issues finding the place (using Waze). The name Argiri (Apartments) in Olimpiada cannot be found on this platform. Eventually, we asked people on the street and someone nice showed us the way to the location. The studio has a bad smell - being affected by dampness. Our clothes were impregnated after a few days stay. The children bunk bed is placed on a narrow, dark hallway connecting the open space room with the bathroom, with limited space to pass by, while the bathroom door creaks badly. The furniture and kitchen appliances are old and sticky with a dampness smell. The small patio from the door entrance is just a pass by area which is facing the street and a parking lot. The only window of the studio opens to this patio and it is not possible to completely open the blinds as they are blocked at half way. In terms of noise insulation, you can hear all noise from the street, music and conversations from the neighbors until very late at night

Clean apartments

Loud at night, with children I don’t recommend. People are shouting and talking non stop because it was 1 floor. For 100 euros per night it is not normal. Terrace was shared.

Relax

Nice place, perfect location just near the beach, the host loves pets. My dog found new friends there and I spent there nice, restful and relaxing time.

Studio très bien équipé, confortable et central dans la ville, tout proche de la plage. Accueil très chaleureux de notre hôte qui nous a donné de bons tuyaux pour passer une super soirée lors de cette étape, dan sun restaurant qu'il connaissait.
