Exceptional

We visited Hanioti in January, so the price of the apartment was very affordable. Apartment was very clean, cosy and decorated with style. We had TV in each room, the owner left for us a bottle of water, greek coffee, instant coffee, suger. The apartment was newly renovated, wtth large terrace. The kitchen was fully equipped. We had a good night sleep, because the mattresses were pretty new. Wi-Fi was good.

Loved it!

The apartments are located in the center of Chaniotis, you can park your vehicle close to the building, a lot of shops are nearby as well. It was very easy to collect the keys because they were left on the door.

I didn't like that the owner responded in Greek on my emails, so I had to use Google Translate each time he text me. He was very polite on the phone, offered us

We liked everything, the apartment is very big and lot more than we expected. It was also clean and the location is great, very close to the beach like 3 minutes walk. You have everything nearby, restaurants, shops and stuff like that. The host was also nice. Overall everything was great.

I only didn't like the noise because the appartment is located in the center. It's kinda loud area but for short period of time it's something that can be handled.

The best value-for-money choice in Chanioti!

The location could not be better! Its exactly in the center of Chanioti. The stores, the restaurants, supermarkets, beach, parking spots, everything is there, all less than 5 minutes walking. The owner met us on arrival and as my husband went to park the car, he helped us and carried our bags up to the 2nd floor where our room was. He was very kind and friendly. The room was big enough and everything was new, it seemed fully renovated. We loved it, we would definitely stay there again.

We wish it had a lift.. Also, as its not a hotel with a daily cleaning, you need to put the cleaning sign outside your door, however they just change your towels. They don’t collect the trash or clean the apartment. It was fine for us though. Plus, the cleaning lady was also friendly and always smiling to us.

The position of the apartment is exscellent (in the center, which we wanted). The cleaning lady was very nice, you can ask her for extra cleaning, towels... and you can use washing maskin . We were very satisfied.

The location is in the center, next to the square. The hygiene in the apartment is perfect. The Internet has a constant and super connection. Plasma TV, super channels. The owner is caring and kind. They give you clean sheets whenever you ask, as well as towels. They can clean your apartment whenever you ask. There is also a washing machine on the ground floor to wash your laundry. Everything was great.
