Vicktoria Deluxe Apartments with 2 Bedrooms

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Hanioti. The location was perfect, the apartment was spotless and very comfortable, and it had everything we needed. Having a parking space was a big advantage. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment has a nice white with stone design and open space sensation , that makes it feel fresher and clean to the eye. The balcony has a nice traditional look perfect for dining with your family. It has close access to the beach . It’s elegant and the lighting makes it feel cozy during the night. The host is also very friendly and helpful they helped us during the stay a lot, they responded to us almost immediately, It has a parking space that is right in front of the apartment That is very helpful during they day when it’s hot outside

The view from the main balcony is not that appealing but it is close to the sea that has a great view to the sunset.

The appartment is new. Equipped with a washing machine for clothes. A parking lot for a car is provided.

The apartment is not “Deluxe.” The main issue is the lack of water. On 7 out of the 10 nights of our stay, the water was turned off from 7 p.m. until 7 a.m due to overurbanization of Chaniotis. The lower parts of Chaniotis either had water continuously or experienced very rare interruptions, usually lasting around 3 hours. Although the water restrictions were known in advance, nobody informed us about them during booking. An apartment with daily 12-hour water outages cannot be considered “Deluxe.” The internet was also poor, despite a new router being installed. Other apartments within the same complex did not have this problem. The toilet tank was faulty. I reported the problem, but nobody came to fix it. The door to the shower cabin could not be closed properly. The apartment is located below the main road and, as such, is among the apartments farthest from the beach. Although the apartment was ready, we had to wait almost two hours to receive the code needed to access the apartment because the check-in time was 4 p.m. The towels and bed linen are changed only once during the stay, regardless of how many days you stay. The standard in apartments where I have stayed is one set every five days. The two-bedroom apartment had only one wardrobe for clothes. It also did not have a TV, hairdryer, or safe deposit box, and there was only one mirror in the whole appartment (a tiny one in the bathroom). This apartment is not worth €300 per day during peak season. Apartments of this quality, without a washing machine (there is a laundry service available in Chaniotis), can be found in peak season in Chaniotis starting from around €180 per day.
