Perfect Greek getaway!

The rooms are very clean and tidy, had everything you possibly need for short or longer stay. Great Wifi reception, big rooms, very well equiped, the kitchen is great and bathroom with ceiling shower is just a final sweet touch for maximum pleasure. Loved it so much and I will return for sure. It is very close to the free beach or beach clubs where you can take the umbrella and beds with small consumption. The owner Fotis is doing a great job and if I wanna describe my best Greece experience, this would be it. Feel free to ask for anything and Fotis will be there for you, without any hesitation. Domestic wine and olives were a warm welcome for us when we arrived. Do not hesitate to book if Nea Moudania is your destination.

Best vacation ever

First - THE HOST, Mr. Fotis ! Extremely helpful, willing to help you literally with everything. You don't know Greek language , you are hungry and tired as well? Just tell him, and he will call and make a delivery order for you. You want to know more about the city, where to go, what to visit? Ask him! I He responses almost immediately, in case you need any help. Apartment is extremely couzy, clean, waiting yiu with a welcome bottle of wine. He asks you every few days if you would like ti have your apartment cleaned by the cleaning lady. There is a small front yard, where your kids can play. And the last but not least, sandy beach is less then 2 minutes by foot, with lot bars on the beach. You only need to pay for the drinks or food you order, that way sunbeds are free of charge ( it could be 2 coffees, water,juice..doesn't matter ). There is also a children playground in the beach, where your kids could play. Nea Moudania - We fall in love with the city,and we will be back there for sure ! And we do not planing changing our host!

Everything in the apartment is very new and comfortable. The apartment is very close to the beach, restaurants and the center and yet in a very quiet location. Fotis (owner) is very hospitable and very nice person. He helped us in many matters that we may need during our holiday. He sincerely answered all our questions. We had a very nice holiday, you can choose without thinking. if we go to Nea Moudania again we will definitely stay in the same place and have Greek beer with Fotis=)

Best personal attentive host is a game changer in where you stay & sky rockets customer satisfaction

The location was perfect, literally 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket and 10-15 minutes to the marina and the restaurants, but that on its own is nothing in light of the hospitality Fotis showed me, the previews guest reviews were not exaggerating - this is the most attentive caring host I have ever met, exceptional people skills, an easy going attitude, nothing was too much trouble, I have never felt so welcomed anywhere my whole life, Fotis has a natural talent for communicating with people and his sunny disposition made this one of the most memorable stays I have ever had, recommend the Elvis Nest a 1000%, you will not regret it!

An exceptional host. Comfortable, cozy and clean apartment with a nice balcony. Feeling like you are at home. An exceptional beach is very close. The city center is within walking distance. In the next street there is a street market every Wednesday with an excellent selection of food and clothes. In general, a recommendation for everyone who chooses to stay in Nea Moudania.

We had a perfect stay. The owner is very polite and friendly and is ready to answer all your questions. Very positive and helpful person. The flat is very spacious, very clean, very comfortable. You have everything you may need as comfort. The furnichures are very modern and new. You even have a washing machine if you have a long time for your vacation. There is a place to park outside infront of the flat. The beach is very close. The city center is also very close. For sure we shall visit again Elvist nest.

Extraordinary hosts. Studio was very clean and comfy and had nice patio with garden. Beach is very near and town center is at the walking distance. There is even a street market every Wednesday in the next street with lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, olives and other stuff.

Me and my boyfriend liked very much our stay. The host was very kind and helpful. Every day was checking if everything is ok and whether we need something. The place has everything that you need to have for a good vacation. The room and bathroom were very clean and it was quite cozy. I think that this is the best value for your spendings as it's just a few meters away from the nice and sunny beach.

Lokacija , sadrzaj, kao i osoblje su izuzetni pogotovo gazda Fotis koji je u svakom trenutku tu za vas. Apartman posjeduje klima uređaj, obzirom da se nalazi u prizemlju isti nije bilo potrebe paliti. Iz apartmana se izlazi na popločanu terasu koja je u prelijepom zelenilu.Plaža je par minuta udaljena od objekta i ima dovoljno prostora kao i barova. Centar Nea Moudanie je udaljen 5-10 min. od smještaja. Preporuka obavezno posjetiti pijacu srijedom koja se nalazi u susjednoj ulici. Autobuska stanica je udaljena svega 15 min hoda od apartmana, odakle autobusi svakodnevno idu za Solun kao i druge destinacije na Halkidikiju. Na dan našeg odlaska, koji je bio izizetno topao, gazda Fotis nas je samoinicijativno odvezao na bus.😊😊😊 Iskrene preporuke za ELVIS NEST
