Прекрасный вариант для отдыха семьёй с автомобилем. Есть место для парковки на территории котеджа. Если у Вас автомобиль - проблемы вообще отсутствует с тем чтобы добраться куда либо. Пешком пляж в принципе недалеко, минут 10 пешком, но в жару утомительно. Внутри есть все необходимое. Не было утюга, отпариватель не работал, нам быстро решили проблему. Уезжать не сильно хотелось. Есть на улице веранда, зона мангала и даже садовый шланг с водой, можно побаловаться и пообливаться. Жаль что не увидели хозяйку, очень хотелось пообщаться))
Много муравьев лезет в дом, комары, не очень удобный заезд для крупного автомобиля.
