It’s not just a hotel— it’s a mother’s home.

Access to the property is very easy. It’s located right along the coastline — you can literally step out of the building and straight into the sea. The parking area is a bit narrow, so I personally preferred using the nearby free public parking, especially since I needed to drive in and out daily to explore the area. However, if you plan to leave your car parked during your stay, the property’s own parking should be sufficient. Just a note — the coastal road that leads to the property closes to traffic around 6:00–7:00 PM, so it's worth keeping that in mind. One of the highlights of our stay was meeting the host's mother — a wonderful elderly lady. She was incredibly helpful, warm, and welcoming. We were truly touched by her hospitality. She treats you not like a customer, but like a guest in her own home. One evening when I needed to iron a shirt, she kindly invited me into her home and, like a caring mother, insisted on ironing it for me herself. It’s a gesture I’ll never forget. When evaluating this place, it’s important to consider it from a price–performance perspective. Compared to more upscale establishments, it offers very reasonable rates. The property is clean and well-kept, and the hosts are very responsive and solution-oriented whenever something comes up. Overall, it's a place where you truly feel at home. I would definitely recommend it for a relaxed and heartwarming stay. Thank you, Mama!

Location is good, staff super, clean.

I did not like the room. It was very tiny. We did not have the kitchen, althou it was on the pictures on booking. The booking presentation is wrong. Easy to mistake . ( In fact you do not have option to book differently). There are pictures of kitchen and actually when you book you realize that there is no kitchen in the appartment. The room was on the 3 floor which is not convinient at all. High stairs . Without elevator. The room was very cramped, space was being saved. Very small bathroom. The doors were narrow so when you went through a door you were bound to bump into the wall. The only table where you can seat and eat is on the terrase, so when it is cold outside or raing, you don't have option . The view from the terrase was good because you see the sea and it was spaceous.

it was a fantastic experience.

so PERFECTLY clean. i admire people who can manage that level of cleanliness. you immediately feel like home. also, i was making a video for someone at home and i walked from the front door of our room to the beach and the video is 35 seconds long. it takes 35 seconds to reach the beach from polistilo spiti. we didn’t even take towels with us, we just went, swam and went back to the accommodation when we were done. the parking inside the property was a lifesaver. it was one of the best experiences we’ve had. check in and checkout was a breeze too. i cannot recommend this enough.

Relaxing experience! Highly recommended.

Host Ioanna was very nice and friendly, checking every day if we were satisfied. Upon arrival, the room was prepared and ready before official check-in hours, as agreed. Property is well maintained and our room (No.7) looked renovated. Cleanliness was spot on. Towels and linings were changed every third day. Beds were comfy. Parking is a little bit tight, but having one in a property so close to the beach is almost priceless. Public parking is available at 2-3 min walk distance.

Excellent location, great and friendly hosts (Ioanna).. my recommendations

The apartments are literally 20 meters from beach and restaurants. They are well isolated so sounds don’t disturb your rest or sleep. Ioanna the owner and host was very friendly and open for accommodating all our needs and this was huge plus in our stay.

Parking is way to small and entrance to it very narrow so you need good skills not to scratch car. Also if you plan to use car frequently is a bit tricky. But generally Polichrono has issue with parking places in season peak as many public parkings are being turned into apartments areas.

The owner Ioana was great she provided everything we needed. The location is perfect. The room was small but had what we need. The terrace was big with beutiful sea view. Value for money.
