Location was great.

Self-catering facilities but everything provided was basic, so more knives needed, more bowls, glasses, mugs etc... Also there are no hooks anywhere in the bathroom or in the bedrooms to hang items.

Great family vacation apartment.

Friendly owner and staff, rooms were clean and spaceous. Big terrace and a backyard was great value for the money. I loved the bbq and backyard eating spot. Location I as okayish.

Hated that I had to walk additional ~200m to beach bcoz the neighbors gated off the shortcut :( The double bed was hurting my back because it was 2 connected singles. I could have used a better wifi connection.

Excellent accommodation

Clean, silent and very cozy house. Has all facilities - small kitchen, barbeque, yard, mosquito nets. Very good sheets, 2 towels for each person accommodated, they changed the towels after 2/3 days. Even we've got a present, such a nice gesture, who made our staying even nicer! All the time hot water, AC and parking without any additional payments. The hosts are very nice and friendly, you can contact them any time. Location is near the beach and restaurants, has a supermarket very close. Beach is nice, small and clean, has umbrellas under payment of 5e + 20e for drinks. Gyros all the way at very good price.

That our vacation was too short, but we are coming to Athena's Studios next year! Nothing, but absolutely nothing was wrong to this facility.

Very good accomodation, very clean apartment, just like it looks like on the pictures.Kyriakos is a very good host, he helps everything to us. Also and his mother Athena is a very kind person and helped us to for everything we needs. Great location, 4-5 min walk to the beach, supermarket 1 min from the appartment. Big and very comfort bed for sleeping.Parking secured. Definetly we will come again. Thank you for everything Kyriakos and Athena, i wish you all the best and great touristic season. Very nice yard and a great BBQ.

Nice and tidy but very small

Our host Athena was very nice and trying her best to ensure comfort. The property was clean and tidy and new towels and sheets were provided every few days. Parking was nearby and the house location was quiet and close to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy. The rooms that were vacant for a short time were always open as they were making sure fresh air is circulating around the whole property.

Our room was very small and the its bathroom was extremely small. There was a column in the middle of the room, right next to the bed and just in front of the small wardrobe, which in addition to the small space altogether, was making arranging your luggage quite inconvenient. I would recommend them adding a big mirror in the common area also as you don’t have one in the room.

Everyone would want to have such a host in his/her holiday trip. Kyriakos was a very, very, very kind host. Even, he was picking-up us in order to arrive easier to the property. Athenas Studios are the best Studios in Polychrono from our experience. Kyriakos and his Mum are a fabulous hosts, the both of made everything to make our stay at the place perfect. The rooms are spotless clean and kitchen very well equipped. You have anything you need like in your own home. Location is very convenient. Markets, taverna and beach are on 2 min walk.
