Apartments Miki

Excellent location and very comfortable stay The location is excellent. There are plenty of shops nearby for every taste and budget, as well as many restaurants, cafés, and traditional taverns. The beach is only about a 5-minute walk away, and the sea is very easy to reach. The apartment itself is nicely renovated and well maintained. The bed is wide and quite comfortable. There was always hot water in the shower. The small kitchenette is convenient for preparing simple meals, and the large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment is very useful for storing food and drinks. Another great feature is the spacious balcony, where you can relax and enjoy a peaceful evening. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend these apartments.

Poor sound insulation. You can clearly hear chairs being moved across the tiled floor in the apartment above, sometimes as early as 7 a.m. and as late as midnight. This may be disturbing for light sleepers. Another issue is that the balcony partitions do not completely separate neighboring balconies. If your neighbors smoke heavily, cigarette smoke can easily drift onto your balcony, which was the case during my stay. As a small suggestion, adding felt pads to the chair legs would significantly reduce the noise. It would also be nice to replace the frying pan and the cooking pot. They are inexpensive items, but upgrading them would noticeably improve the cooking experience in the kitchenette.

We spent 10 nights at Miki Apartments and were extremely happy with our stay. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, while still being quiet and relaxing. We especially appreciated the cleanliness, the pleasant atmosphere, and the attention given to guests. Polychrono is a great destination for a holiday in Halkidiki, and Miki Apartments contributed to a wonderful and worry-free experience. We rented two apartments, one for 3 persons, the other one for 2 persons. The apartment had everything we nedded: our 3 person room was spacious enough for us to move around, big comfy bed and couch, air conditioning, kitchenette with stovetop, little oven, clean kitchenware, electric kettle, big clean fridge, balcony with streetview, hot water at all times, parking spot provided in the property's backyard, wifi. There are no mosquitoes in the area ! Everything was clean and the host is lovely and always available! The street is quiet and within 30 seconds walk you'll find a minimarket, a restaurant and a great traditional greek food taverna . Within short walking distance there is a bakery, a Carrefour market, a pharmacy and comercial streets with lots of giftshops and eating places. In about 4 minutes of walking down the street you can get to the beach, but is usually crowded ... if you're willing to take a 5 minute stroll along the beach side, you'll surelly find a great spot to take a bath. The water is clean, no waves, smooth sand, few rocks in the water but those are big and visible. Also, a few great beaches to drive to by car around Polychrono. We loved both the property and Polychrono!Definitley will return! 🤗💕

Just two things: - the 2 person apartment was rather small, it seemed more spacious in the pictures ( but it did have a really big balcony ) - the pillows are hard... this was an issue for all of us. Thanks!

Apartment was really good, furnished with new furniture and clean. We had awesome view of the sea, location is good. Host was very kind. All recommendation for this place.
