Personnel très serviable, logement cosy mais salle de bain très peu pratique (douche collée aux toilettes sans séparation, rideau ou autre) ce qui fait que la pièce est constamment trempée/humide. Porte accès salle de bain en verre très lourde et un peu transparente donc manque d'intimité. L'isolation sonore est mauvaise. Malgré ces quelques défauts, le logement est agréable, le lit assez confortable, le canapé également. L'emplacement est idéal, proche de la mer. Le personnel a été très réactif et serviable durant notre séjour, ils sont intervenus très rapidement lorsqu'un voisin faisait énormément de bruit.
