Location , it was quite far from the centre you have to walk up hill to reach your hotel and also there are 200 Steps which you have to take and with luggage it was very difficult i had to carry 25 kg all those steps

Amazing

I had an excellent stay at Pension Villa Lockstein. Conny, the owner, welcomed me with great warmth and kindness. She’s always available, attentive, and gives excellent advice for discovering the area. My room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Breakfast was generous, varied, and served in a peaceful, family-style atmosphere. The guesthouse is very easy to access, with a large parking area located just behind the building – very convenient. The location is ideal: just a short walk from the center of Berchtesgaden, yet quiet and surrounded by greenery. A real favorite. Many thanks again to Conny for her hospitality – I’ll gladly come back!

Overall was really good. The only exception was the first night we had a wasp nest under our balcony and the owner said

Great location

Getting out of the car park. We were given a ticket to utilize when leaving the car park. It NEVER worked and everyday we had to request assistance through the ticket machine to open the gate. Tedious to say the least everyday trying to leave parking.

Ideal stay in an old bavarian house

Just an amazing place! Typical old bavarian house on the hill (but the bus stop is 1 min away) with the most friendly owners ever. They can also give you a lot of useful advices about the area! Your breakfast will be cozy and full of nice discussions or calm as you prefer! The price-quality balance is incredible. We would come back for sure.

Situation idéale pour la région où il y a plein de points d'intérêt. Hôtesse extrêmement serviable.

Joli maison bavaroise, comme sur les cartes postales avec une belle vue. Très bon lit de 2x90 x 1 mètre, salle de bain avec douche, entrée avec une petite table et long balcon. Petit déjeuner avec fromage et charcuterie. Boissons fraiches à disposition dans le frigo toute la journée à des prix défiants toute concurrence : très apprécié ! Le petit déjeuner était l'occasion de discuter et d'obtenir plein d'informations de notre hôtesse extrêmement gentille et serviable. Le parking s'effectue sur le parking de l'hôpital juste à côté avec une carte fournie. La maison est en bord de route avec le balcon qui donne une belle vue sur la vallée. On peut aller au village de Berchtesgaden en 20 mns à pieds ou 5 mns en voiture : idéal pour visiter le secteur.

Ich hab lange das „do not disturb“ Schild gesucht. Ich wusste nicht, dass ohne dieses das Bett gemacht wird und die benutzen Handtücher gefaltet. Raucher Balkon nebenan

Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt.

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, die Vermieterin sehr nett. Die Zimmer anscheinend gut isoliert. Ich habe von den anderen Gästen nichts gehört. Busanbindung direkt vor der Tür.

Ich vermisse oft Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, so auch hier.
