Perfect!!!!

The host is very welcoming. Throughout my trip in Germany, here is the best stay of all! The room is clean and amenities are provided. The breakfast with different options while I enjoyed it a lot. In terms of the location, it’s just next to the bus stop which is very convenient and it doesn’t take long to Königssee.

A good place to stay in for Koenigssee visitors

Good place to stay in if you are going to Koenigssee. It is right at the center of the small town. The room is big and smells new.

There was no pantry to use. The TV is too small for world cup football match. They only accept cash payment.

The toilet and bedroom is dirty, Wash basin drains water silt.The bed is noisy when you are moving. Room partition is very bad, overheard next room’s conversation. Too bad!

Nur für einen einmaligen Besuch.

Die Lage ist großartig, in der Nähe des Sees. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen frisch und lecker.

Das Zimmer war kalt. Die Heizung wurde nur abends und nur auf der Mindesttemperatur eingeschaltet. Wir wurden nicht besonders freundlich empfangen. Das Bett war alt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren nicht frisch. Schade, dass es keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer gab, denn an kalten Abenden wollte ich Tee trinken, hatte aber keine Möglichkeit, jemanden zu fragen, da das Personal nicht da war.

Wir haben uns Wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage ist sehr schön, mit Glück hat man vom Balkon aus Aussicht zum Kehlsteinhaus. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und als Buffet gestaltet. Es gab eine sehr freundliche Begrüßung bei der Anreise. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ein kleines Manko war der kleine Fernseher in einer etwas unglücklichen Position neben dem Bett. Das war aber ziemlich egal weil wir nicht zum Fernsehen hier waren, sondern wegen der grandiosen Landschaft. Alles in allem kann man das Zillnhäusl guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Extrem saubere Dusche ohne Schimmelflecken. Toller Blick auf die Berge, auch bei nicht so schönem Wetter. Die Betten erschienen zunächst sehr weich, waren aber echt klasse. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Auswahl am Frühstücksbufett vollkommen ausreichend und mit frischen Obst.

Leider waren die gekochten Eier nicht weit genug gekocht, dass Eiweiß war zum Teil noch flüssig. Die Zimmer waren mit alten Bartschlüsseln zu öffnen welche nicht immer gleich drehbar waren und dadurch ungewollten Lärm verursachten.

Sehr gute Pension, würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Hatten Zimmer hinten raus mit Blick zum Jenner, war sehr ruhig, großer Balkon, Zimmer sehr komfortabel, Bad hatte Fenster. Reinigung der Zimmer war sehr gut, die Mädels haben ihr bestes gegeben. Frühstück war Super, wurde auch ständig aufgefüllt, wir haben nichts vermisst.

Zum zweiten Mal begeistert.

Wir waren bereits 2020 in dieser Unterkunft, dieses Mal aber in einer Wohnung. Es war super sauber und die Möbel sahen noch fast neu aus. Wir wurden wieder sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen und alles war unkompliziert. Es sind Restaurants, Bäcker, Metzger und kleine Lädchen in Sichtweite und auch die Sparkasse und die Bushaltestelle sind direkt vor der Tür. Den Königssee kann man in knapp 2,5 km über den schönen Fußweg erreichen. Eine tolle Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Ein richtiger Wohlfühl Urlaub

Wir hatten die Unterkunft eher durch Zufall entdeckt, da wir erst nicht wussten ob wir fahren. Es hat uns so gut gefallen das wir am liebsten dort geblieben wären. Alles ist so wie auf dem Foto‘s. Ich würde sagen alles neu, später bestätigte der Vermieter die Wohnung wäre 2 Jahre alt. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, von Bratpfannen über Suppenkelle, Spülmaschine u.s.w. Sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Kosmetiktücher im Bad, Kosmetikeimer. Ablagemöglichkeiten. Fernseher im Schlafzimmer und im Wohn-Esszimmer. Kleiner Balkon vom Schafzimmer ( überdacht) und vorne zur Straße. Gegenüber der Straße direkt ein Bäcker, Sparkasse, VR-Bank, kleiner Kurpark am Wochenende mit Musik. In der Nähe auch schöne Gastronomie. Café Kaffeesatz unbedingt besuchen und Gasthof Grünsteinstüberl, Waldhauser Bräu und Gasthof Unterstein( Donnerstags Abendveranstaltungen) Und ein Café/Eisdiele direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft. . Sehr schönes Freibad von der Unterkunft ca 1 km entfernt. MIT Gästekarte günstiger. Mit dem Bus sind wir nach Berchtesgaden ( kostenlos gefahren wegen der Gästekarte) und nach Salzburg für 7€ hin und zurück. Ein Edeka ist ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe und ein Metzger ( sehr schöne Auswahl). Schönau einfach ein wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde. Ach und ein tolles Kneipbecken ganz in der Nähe. Tolle Wanderwege am Fluss entlang. Uns hat es von Anfang bis Ende sehr gut gefallen.

Alles war soweit top, das einzige war das es am 1 Tag etwas kühl im Bad war. Da es auch draußen nass kaltes Wetter war. Ich wollte die Heizung etwas aufdrehen aber die war schon abgestellt. Daher trockneten die Handtücher auch nicht so gut. Ein Eierpickser fehlte aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Super Lage zum Königssee und Berchtesgaden. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Großes hübsches Zimmer mit gut ausgestattetem Bad und Balkon mit schönem Blick auf Watzmann Zipfel. Gute Unterstellmöglichkeit für E-Bikes.

Wunderschönes Land.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Jeden Tag wurde geputzt. Die Lage ist sehr gut. In der Mitte von Berchtesgarden und Königsee. Beides zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Die Leute waren aufrichtig freundlich und wohlwollend.

Es gibt nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Durch Zufall entdeckt und war sehr zufrieden.

Wir hatten den Parkplatz direkt am Haus, zum Königsee sind es nur 1,4 Km, die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstück ausreichend.

Das Frühstück geht nur bis 9:30 Uhr. Ein bisschen länger wäre gut dann könnte man gerade im Urlaub mal ausschlafen.
