This was my third time in this hotel and if I travel again in Hanoi I would stay here. Thanks to all the staff and particularly to Lawrence: there was an issue with breakfast location and they found us a 5 star solution!
All good here!

The location and staff was great. Although you must expect a lot of noise and music on the weekends.
The rooms were a bit small. The elevator made a lot of noise. Breakfast was okay.
