Hanoi Old Quarter Hotel & Travel

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, bed was comfy, shower was big, AC was good.

The room itself was nice but the lift and the corridors felt eerie and weird. I’m not sure if it was the layout of the hotel because it was quite narrow but we stepped out of the lift and the corridor was narrow and dark and our room was just in the corner. It also meant we could hear the lift every-time it was used. The rest of the hotel felt deserted. Also, there was mould in the bathroom and it only had a small light so was very dark. I think the photos make the rooms look a lot bigger than they are. Also breakfast was in a different hotel and we were told it was full so we were taken somewhere else with very little choice.

Central location, lovely and attentive staff.

Room was slightly smaller than I expected but it fitted us fine.

The location of the property is outstanding. Walking distance to everything that suited us. The reception and door staff were very friendly, and the cleaning staff were lovely.

No pool, very small rooms , nowhere to put luggage. Aircon struggled in heat
