The open living space features a beautifully tiled floor, a large sectional sofa that transforms into an extra bed, a flat-screen TV, and artistic coastal décor. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light and lead to a spacious oceanfront balcony, perfect for soaking in the coastal breeze and ocean views.
Kitchen:
The fully renovated kitchen boasts modern cabinets, sleek countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is open to the dining area, which features a unique shell light fixture and seating for six. A high-top table with two bar chairs by the window is perfect for sipping coffee and enjoying the morning sun.
Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom with a beautifully renovated walk-in shower, and direct access to the oceanfront balcony.
Bedroom #2: California king bed with an updated private bathroom.
Bedroom #3: Two twin beds, shared access to a bathroom that also opens to the hallway.
Bathrooms:
All three bathrooms are modern and stylish, with updated fixtures and plenty of space. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo from start to finish! Communication with management was easy and instructions for check-in were simple. The condo was super clean and had everything you need to get your stay started. And that view! We enjoyed our time on the balcony looking out over the ocean. It's central location in Folly means you have all the dining options within a short walk, with Loggerheads directly across the street and Rita's a 3 minute walk away (both highly recommended). We will definitely book again if we head back to Folly Beach.

We have stayed at Charleston Oceanfront Villas before---this unit is beyond perfect. Owner thought of EVERYTHING, and it was sooooo clean! You could not ask for anything more.
