This 4 bedroom, end unit within the Charleston Oceanfront Condo community provides families with an unforgettable beach retreat with its mesmerizing ocean views, access to two community pools (when those community pools are open for the season - usually April 1 to October 1 but it can vary) and other community amenities like outdoor shower, beach access points & more. Best of all, Sunshine Daydream has been completely & gorgeously renovated with an all new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, furniture, appliances & more! Sunshine Daydream is perfect for families, as there is plenty of room for members of your group to spend time together and also have the option to relax on their own. Once you climb the exterior stairs or take the elevator from the parking level to the home, all the rooms of Sunshine Daydream are on the same floor. There are ocean views from the kitchen, dining area, living room, primary suite and covered balcony. Your toughest decision of the day will be whether to frolic on the beach with the kids, watch the waves come to shore from the covered patio, cool off in one of the two community pools or watch a movie in the beautiful living room.

Once you enter the front door, you will find a central hallway that connects all four bedrooms with the kitchen, dining & living room areas. The galley-style kitchen, dining room and living room areas have ocean views through the sliding doors that lead to the villa's private, covered balcony. Relax with a good book, sip a cocktail or enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony. Off-street parking within the gated community for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.

We loved the location of this condo unit--easy access to pool and beach, great views of water from living area, kitchen, master bedroom, balcony. Can't say enough good things about this place-- Whole unit is updated, lots of extras (autoshades, double shower heads in master bath, drink refrig, clothes tree on balcony, lots of balcony seating). Light, clean, high end applicances, lots of cookware and utensils, beautiful wood table and chairs. Three full baths! The bunkroom with adjoining bath was perfect for the kids. Really appreciated the covered parking! Great location within Folly Beach-felt spacious yet close to everything. This place is even better than the pictures online. Contact with management was great. This place would be a great reason to return to Folly Beach and we'd definitely book this unit again!

The condo was beautiful and very well furnished with supplies. The view was excellent.The kitchen was gorgeous. The bathrooms were updated, very pretty and really clean. The wooden floors were very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and I loved all the solid white linens..making the beds feel crisp and clean! Our patio had a great view and plenty of seating. Our only complaint was that the living room furniture and rug was pretty broken down and stained. The sofa wasn't at all comfortable because you just kept sinking. Everything else was super nice and updated! We would definitely return! The hosts were easy and quick to communicate with. One thing to know..if you have kids..the pool is locked at 5 pm on weekdays and 7 pm on weekends..we would have preferred a much later pool time. Overall, it was great!

The house is very well updated. However the side of the building that this condo is at is under construction. There is scaffolding. And the construction noise of jackhammers and such begins promptly at 8. The pool is closed. Half of the parking lot is closed for all the construction supplies. The owner failed to mention that this was going on. When I asked about it she said that they stated on the listing that the beach was undergoing maintenance. Which is also happening, but they did have that mentioned. I told her this was not beach maintenance but it was to the building. She said so sorry but it is common for the HOA to perform building maintenance during fall/winter. This is major maintenance. And she did nothing about it to try and make the stay better.
Before booking this condo, I would make sure that this is complete. The condo is nice, but it is not ideal during this construction time.
