This is a beautifully renovated house in the heart of the Folly Beach that is great for big groups, bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, families, and anyone who is here to enjoy Charleston and all it has to offer! The space can hold up to 14 guests.

Choose your outdoor adventure surfing at the Washout for surfing, dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Stroll down and fish off the Folly beach Fishing Pier. Listen for live music in the downtown area of Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Visit the far east end of the island for a tranquil beach walk and shelling with picturesque views of the Morris Island Lighthouse - a favorite among locals and visiting guests! Pick up some local artisan gifts and locally made food from the seasonal markets. Hurricane/Weather Policy:
In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.

To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Guest Count: Ensure that the number of guests is correctly indicated in your booking.
Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts.
Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout.
Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
