Layout of house was excellent and location away from noise of Center Street with easy beach access across the street suited us. The house was clean. There was even a slight ocean view.

Noise! Really felt we should have had a discount, or at a minimum notification, of two houses being built across the street which started our days with loud beeping before 8 am. Also, we notified folks day 1 of a severely broken handle on the microwave,making it dangerous to use and a broken closet door handle, but never heard from anyone about repairs. Basic upkeep of light bulbs, etc. is not happening in this home.

The property was perfect for our family! We had plenty of room. It was so comfortable, and the house was across the street from the beach.

The only thing we didn’t like was the construction of a new house going on across the street. The noise wasn’t much of a bother though.

The place was beautiful and a great location

Front door code never unlocked the handle.we had to tape it to be able to gain access. Air conditioner needs some work it couldn't maintain temp. Some of the interior doors need some work to close.kitchen trash can kept coming apart when opened. The ice and water on fridge kept giving a locked code and wouldn't work.the toilet handle is off set and chain fell off about every other time it was used. Some of the non stick pans are peeling and need replaced.the trap under sink had been leaking for awhile making everything wet and smelling up the place,we repaired it. Laundry had a dirty dish rag smell.some screws in the deck boards need to be tightened so the dont cut some in bare feet.The place just needs a little tlc . We stayed here last year and liked it so well we booked again this year and could tell alot of things we're starting to wear out or need some adjustments or replaced.
