About this house rental
New, Custom Designed Multi-Million Dollar home on Folly Beach.This may be the most luxurious home on the island. Nestled away on a private, estate size 1 acre lot & only 2 blocks from the ocean, this home is perfect for a private vacation away from beach crowds. 6 Blocks from restaurants, bars, Folly Beach Pier & shopping.The home's grand interior & exterior living spaces lend themselves well to entertaining year round, & with that entertaining in mind, the spacious, combined kitchen, dining & living areas are definitely a plus for this beach home. The main home has 4 large bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms. The enormous kitchen holds 2 fridges, double ovens,1 full dishwasher and 1 drawer-style dishwasher, wine cooler & separate ice maker. Heated tile floors in living area, kitchen and master bath are a real luxury. There is a separate studio off the front porch area of the main home with a king bed, living area, flat screen tv, sectional with full size pull out bed, full bath, kitchenette and dining area. This studio is perfect for those who still want to be part of the group but need a little more privacy. Pool area has a banquet style buffet counter with built in Stainless BBQ to make group lunches & dinners effortless. 3 sets of French doors open to pool deck. Conveniently located utility room has full size, front loading washer/dryer. Your family will be able to relax and not be on top of each other in this spacious estate. At the end of the day the peaceful, marsh views await you from the screened porch while you lay in the hammock, and if a crackling fire suits you then the screened porch, wood- burning fireplace is ready for a fire year round.

This was one of the nicest vacation homes I've ever stayed in. The house is even bigger than it seems in pictures - everything was updated so beautifully, it was very clean, and the location was a perfect combination of peaceful and close to downtown Folly. Would love to come back and stay again soon.

Celebrated my 56th Birthday Brunch. It was great, again. I’m trying to contact someone about items left behind. Otherwise, we’ll be back next year.

We stayed at this beach house with 3 generations. The house is spacious with ample room for everyone. The attached apartment above the garage was a game changer for our family! However there are areas needing attention:The game room with bunk beds was a convenient sleeping space for the children, BUT the room smelled musty and damp, even moldy. The doors and windows leading to the deck were covered in moss and dirt, making it hard to enjoy the sunrise. The bedroom downstairs, bathroom door wouldn’t close and could tell had been off the hinges for a while, creating damage in the porcelain tile. Walls were very dirty. The pool deck was covered in green& black moss. The back deck was deteriorating, and the hose peeled the paint off. A deep clean is needed! The pool maintenance was a significant issue. We arrived before Memorial Day, We had to buy a net to clean debris from the water ourselves. Better pool maintenance is necessary for a vacation home. The pool was dirty when we arrived, dirtier on Monday, and downright disgusting by Tuesday and it wasn’t cleaned properly until midweek . They added lots of chemicals, which made the pool unusable for up to 24 hours, returned on Thursday with more chemicals, leading to further delays in pool usage. Despite these issues, we loved our time in this house. The kitchen was well-equipped and met our needs. The house's layout was ideal for large family gatherings but maintenance improvements are needed to enhance the stay.
