Everything you need is right here. With just 200 steps from the beach, 100 feet from legendary Bert's 24-hour grocery/convenience store, and only one block from the hub of all the island’s restaurants and shopping, having a perfect vacation at Folly Beach is as easy as '1-2-3”. When you arrive at 123 East Ashley Ave, you can leave your car parked (up to 6 spaces) and enjoy a true beach getaway. We are also a short 2-minute walk to Folly Beach Fishing Pier, and if boating is your thing, the Public Boat Landing is only 1/2 mile away. Escape to “123” and make your vacation dreams come true.
