The Folly Beach Ocean Park is terrific for families, as the park conveniently features free restroom & shower facilities. The bird-filled Palmetto trees, pine trees and other lush vegetation of the surrounding neighborhood will make you forget about your day-to-day stresses, push you to deepen your breaths and help you unwind.
Guests access Sea Breeze Villa by walking up one flight of exterior stairs from the carport to the home's first floor. Once you enter the door, you will find a sunny entryway; a large living room with vaulted ceilings, leather couches & chairs and a large screen cable TV; a well-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops; a separate dining room with a dining table that seats up to 10 people; a separate laundry room with full sized washer & dryer; a half bathroom; the master bedroom with en suite bathroom; a guest bedroom with en suite bathroom; and the stairwell to the home's second floor. On the second floor, you will find a bright walkway that separates the remaining two guest bedrooms (each with en suite bathrooms). In the carport underneath the house, you will find an outdoor shower to use upon returning from the beach; a charcoal BBQ grill and plenty of room to park your cars.

This location was perfect for four of us on a fossil hunting trip in the winter, centrally located near Folly Beach pier. Kitchen had all the essentials needed to make our own food on the trip, pots, pans dishes, coffee maker... though we did have to pick up a few things like cooking oil, aluminum foil and seran wrap. Each room had its own bathroom and shower, which is a huge plus. The washer and dryer worked well for us. Off season rate was great. Would come back!

Such a wonderful spot with great views! We loved watching the sun rise from our porch. Well-stocked kitchen helped make mealtimes a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

House is awesome. Plain and simple. Aside from clean clothes smelling like dog, and poor optuons for cooking equipment in house. All non stick pans should be tossed. All are verybwell used.

We booked for 11 nights and here’s our honest review: -Nice house overall -Good view-Close to the beach-Porch is amazing -Good size -AC is cold-Garage passthrough under house is really convenient Things that could improve: -Dishwasher was broken for a few days (new one installed, but hassle with rescheduling and kitchen use)-Roof leaks in a couple places - hazard with stairs, hardwood and had to deal with cleaning up water on the floor-Ice maker doesn't work -Wifi is so bad it's unusable -TVs are sketchy - every TV in the house either works some of the time or none of the time. Frustrating when in the middle of a movie the tv would just shut off.-No lock on master bedroom bedroom doorThere were some great things about this house, but wanted to share some of the challenges, because at this price point they are things I would want to know before booking.
