Being close to the beach
A lot of room for comfort
Beds were very comfortable
A tv could be nice in the master bedroom
It was nice to have an elevator
The assigned parking was nice.
It was very clean, but the area rugs need to be cleaned in the living room and bed room. It left our feet black after taking a shower after being on the beach. Then before going to bed had to wash them.

it was awesome place to stay Folly Beach is beautiful my daughter renewed her wedding vows and we family and friends had several places for me this was perfect as I need a knee replacement and was able to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping right I'm town it was clean and roomy 3 of us stayed there we didn't have to buy anything for cleaning they even had some great beach towels loved the balcony
I booked thru my booking com and It caused a few issues before my arrival

everything you needed for short term vacation. beautiful decor. easy to check in and out. close to all the restaurants and beach.
the view of the ocean was blocked due to construction going on.
