Enjoy a relaxing Folly Beach getaway in this spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom ocean-view condo at Pavilion Watch, just steps from the beach, restaurants, and shops.
This first-floor, 1,352-square-foot condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The open living and dining area offers plenty of space to gather, while the furnished covered balcony is perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze and partial ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
The Space
Bedroom 1: King bed, ocean view, TV (cable), ceiling fan, private bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV (cable), ceiling fan, private bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed and twin bunk bed, TV (cable), ceiling fan, bathroom with walk-in shower (also accessible from the hallway).
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa, comfortable seating, and access to the covered balcony.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances.
Covered Balcony: Furnished outdoor seating with coastal views.

The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The maximum occupancy is 7 people at any time during your stay.
This property is near Downtown Folly Beach, close to restaurants and nightlife. Normally, quiet hours start at 10 pm, but are extended to 11 pm on weekends.

The overall stay was wonderful. We had plenty of space and we loved the amount of bathrooms (3) because it made getting ready really quick. We did have a few hiccups: the main door to the balcony was hard to open and shut, the dryer sometimes had to be ran 2x to get the clothes dry, and the WiFi didn’t always work in the front bedrooms.

The rental management group were very helpful. Dishwasher, laundry , dish and hand soap supplies were perfect for our long stay. Unfortunately, when we arrived the Television didn't have any reception and the shower/ tub wasn't draining. They brought in people to fix the cable and clear the tub. This is a perfect location on Folly and is a comfortable unit. There are plenty of towels and the beds are comfortable.Sadly the unit needs TLC. The drapes don't close nor open, bedroom carpets need cleaning, doorbell doesn't work, and I took several hands full of sand and lint out of dryer vent slot to speed drying. We were there in January the island and the building were wonderfully quiet.
