Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located just steps away from the shops, restaurants, and attractions of Folly Beach. The complex features two oceanfront pools, two elevators, private covered parking, and breathtaking ocean views. The pools are open seasonally from April 1 to October 31, weather permitting. The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and outside weather conditions will largely determine pool temperatures. Building management oversees the maintenance of pools and elevators, and these amenities may be closed for routine cleaning or maintenance.
Exclusive Beach Gear Credit: Book a stay of 4–14 nights and receive a $250 credit towards beach gear rentals, courtesy of our partnership with VayK Gear. Guests can rent essential beach gear like chairs, umbrellas, and coolers to enjoy a perfect day at the beach. Please note: The HOA does not permit VayK Gear bikes, surfboards, kayaks, or paddleboards on the property. Luckily, Cool Breeze Bikes is just down the street on Center Street for bike rentals.
Parking and Vehicle Guidelines
Each villa includes two parking spaces. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. For additional parking, requests can be made through building management based on availability.

Gorgeous view of the beach from the living room and primary bedroom suite and we loved siting on the balcony and listening to the ocean!

Great location and a nicely renovated unit . Mattresses were not comfortable and the linens were scratchy , only 1 washcloth for each bedroom ( we had 6 people and only 3 washclothes.)
