Welcome to the gated community of Charleston Oceanfront Villas! This 3-bedroom, 3-bath (Sleeps 8) condo offers direct private beach access and fantastic oceanfront views from a private covered balcony. Amenities include 2 oceanfront pools with lounge chairs, 2 elevators, and 4 public outdoor showers.

Directly facing the ocean, guests will enjoy the unobstructed panoramic views of the beach from the 27-foot private covered balcony. Featuring an open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining room and living room areas, this villa is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The dining table has 8 comfortable seats with an additional 4 seats at the adjacent bar off the kitchen. The oceanfront main bedroom features a memory foam king bed and a full on suite bathroom with dual sinks, a tub, and a separate walk-in shower. Down the hall, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed attached to a full bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds with access to the third full bathroom. This oceanfront getaway is the perfect place to put your feet up and enjoy the ocean breeze!!

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
Free parking is available with parking passes for 2 vehicles. Per HOA guidelines RV's, golf cart's and any other recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the property.
The community pool is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather).
Grills are not allowed, and no community grill is on site.
2 elevators are available in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the condo.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 8 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

22 miles to Charleston Airport.
This property is located near Downtown Folly Beach, close to all of the restaurants and nightlife. Normally quiet hours start at 10pm, but are extended to 11pm on weekends.

This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

Loved our stay! The beginning was a little rough, entrance to parking process did not work- fob not needed. A code was necessary. Temporary elevator issue( only one available due to construction), fixed within the hour- good response to call per staff!!! Thereafter, no problems and totally enjoyed waking up ‘on’ the beach. Every amenity needed was available, pleasant environment, clean and felt safe. Good central location to our vacation plans and easy travel access. Loved the generous feeling of the rooms. Will look forward to returning to Go Fly A Kite!

We loved our stay! I was traveling with senior family members and the convenience of the location to everything on Folly was a great relief! Highly recommend!

Already gave info on what we went through. We got misinformation regarding renovations on one side along with dredging sand right over our front balcony. We had bright lights pointed toward our unit at night and the constant noise of trucks backing up day and night. We also bought swiffer to clean the floor..
