The light and airy living room features modern and comfortable furniture, with a large Smart HD TV for post-beach relaxation. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide breathtaking ocean views and access to the spacious balcony, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze.

The recently updated kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware, making it easy to prepare gourmet meals. With ocean views and an open layout, the kitchen is the perfect place to cook up some fresh local seafood or mix a cocktail to enjoy on the balcony.

Primary Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, HD Smart Cable TV, and direct access to the oceanfront balcony.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed with private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom #3: Queen bed, shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom #4.

The Swan Dive is a beautiful and well-appointed condo that had enough room for all ten in our group. We were very pleased with our accommodations. Our only complaint was that the elevator only worked part of the time, but that's on Charleston Coastal Villas.

It was a great stay! The dishwasher didn’t work while we were there but other than that the description on the website was very accurate! We will return to this location in the future.

Big problem- two elevators for building and one not working at all. The working elevator, at the opposite end, daily stopped working resulting in guests trying to check in and out carrying heavy suitcases, carts, beach chairs and umbrellas, etc. up and down stairs. An elderly handicapped man, not in our party, had to be carried along with his wheelchairs down flights of chairs. Warning if you don't like steps.
