These villas feature two oceanfront pools, two elevators, private covered parking, and breathtaking ocean views. The pools are open seasonally from April 1 to October 31, weather permitting. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators, and may close these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as necessary.

We love Folly Beach and this condo was convenient and worked well for 4 couples to share. Our host was very helpful.

I would have rated this condo excellent but there were a couple of things that could use changing. First, the bed in the second bedroom was very hard. My kids had to use extra blankets to sleep on just to be able to sleep on it. Seconding, the sheets in most of the bedrooms were all pilled and were very uncomfortable to sleep on. I slept in the first bedroom and we had to sleep on the top sheet because it was so uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a very nice condo and we would stay there again.

The view was amazing and with 3 little kids, the easy access to the beach was a game changer. Being in the heart of all the Folly Beach action also added to our trip. Everything was within walking distance. Highly recommend this spot
