This well-maintained, oceanfront villa is the perfect escape for a relaxing beach getaway. Featuring cool beach tones, coordinated décor, and modern comforts, Zibart’s Folly offers breathtaking 180-degree ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows in the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Step outside to your private, furnished balcony to enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, the pier to the left, and Kiawah Island to the right.

The spacious living room provides ample seating, a large flat-screen Smart TV with cable and Chromecast, and a Bluetooth soundbar for playing your favorite playlist. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the villa.

The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, recycled glass countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. The adjacent dining area seats eight, making it perfect for gathering and enjoying meals together.

Location, location, location! Right on the beach, excellent view of the pier & a front row seat for NYE fireworks! Walkable to EVERYTHING in Folly, including a decent bar/restaurant across the street, Rita's and Bert's market.Condo has plenty of space, a large balcony & comfortable bedding. Elevators & shopping carts made loading/unloading easy.

We have been coming to Folly Beach for over 20 years, but this was the first time we've stayed at this condo and it was amazing! We love Folly at Thanksgiving, and we typically rent a smaller house, but this year we had an extra family member and needed a fourth bedroom and bath, and this place totally fit the bill. Because I am in charge of cooking the Thanksgiving meal, and typically do so in a rental kitchen, I'm used to having to bring so many of the things I need from home, and cooking without luxuries I tend to take for granted, having said that, I did not have to settle in this kitchen. It was well stocked with so many things, I was truly impressed!! You can't beat the location and the view is breathtaking. You can hear the waves from inside the condo, it's incredible.The place is well stocked: plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, bar soap, everything you need.... and so much more! games, extra blankets, extra pillows, and the list goes on. The newly renovated bathrooms are beautiful, and the beds are very comfortable. There's plenty of storage space for clothes and suitcases.We truly had a wonderful stay and cannot thank you enough for providing us the perfect backdrop for another year of beautiful Folly Thanksgiving memories!!
