The open-concept living area provides ample seating, a large TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing panoramic ocean views. Step out onto the private balcony for fresh ocean air and spectacular sunsets.

The fully stocked kitchen features elegant granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar for casual dining. With plenty of space for cooking and gathering, it’s the perfect spot for enjoying meals together.

Primary Bedroom: King-size bed with a private en-suite bathroom, direct access to the oceanfront balcony, and a TV with Roku streaming.
Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with hallway access, and Roku-enabled TV.

Very clean! Check in was easy. All of the downtown area is easily walkable from the condo. Very easy/quick access to the beach. Parking was covered and had no trouble finding a spot.

We loved our stay at the beginning of November. The condo was comfortable and everything we needed for our girls trip. A couple things to note, the pool is closed starting in November—we didn’t realize it would actually be locked and unavailable to sit by—this wasn’t a big deal, just something to be aware of. Also, this rental is a hard key entry, which requires you to go to a rental office to pick up the keys and drop them off at the end of the stay. (Again, not a big deal, just something to note.) The view of the ocean was wonderful. We loved sitting on the patio and watching the waves. This condo is within walking distance of everything in Folly and was a perfect location. We loved our stay and hope to come back!
