About this apartment rental
Welcome to Seaside Villa 302 on Folly Beach! Soak in panoramic ocean views from this top floor, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo which features stunning views of the Atlantic and Folly Pier. You'll be staying right on the edge of the town with direct beach access next to the condo complex. Walk easily to all surf & souvenir shops, local restaurants, markets, entertainment, and all that this eclectic beach town has to offer. Downtown Charleston is only a 20-25 minute drive away to more sightseeing, history tours, and world-class shopping and restaurants.
Have your privacy with a full bathroom for each bedroom. Queen master bedroom has a private access door to the oceanfront porch. The open floor plan combines the kitchen and living area. Sliding doors open up to the oceanfront, full-length porch providing a picturesque backdrop for morning coffee, or a relaxing happy hour. Kitchen is stocked with all the amenities for the family chef needs to prepare and serve meals. Living area comfortable seating for the big-game or movie night.
This unit comes with 2 reserved parking spaces. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Elevator is not ADA compliant. There is an outside shower & direct beach access right beside the building; and a lifeguard station on the beach, directly behind the condo.
**Please Note: An elevator replacement project is scheduled to take place January through February 2027. The building will remain open and accessible; however, the elevator will be out of service during this time, and stair access will be required. Guests may also experience intermittent daytime construction noise and temporary parking restrictions while work is underway. We appreciate your understanding as these improvements are completed and apologize for any inconvenience.*
Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable, TVs, keyless entry, contactless check-in, central heat and A/C, washer/dryer, shared elevator, and modern appliances. A starter supply of toiletries, linens and towels will be provided. Home is non-smoking. Home is not pet-friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.

I’ll start off by saying the condo was completely fine for me and my 3 buddies. We are 52 and this was a yearly reunion. The location of the condo is priceless. Super close to the main drag and as well as Burt’s the everything store! So walking around was great! As for the cleanliness, the condo was clean, definitely needs a little TLC, some paint peeling etc. The only real complaint I have is the main stair case up the complex and the actual deck of the condo. Both were completely covered in bird poop. The deck of the condo should have been cleaned prior to us renting it. But other than that, for the price of the rental it was a home run!
