The Swallows B and B

Very comfortable. Everything one could want from a B&B. Really nice hosts who have go out of their way to look after their guests. Superb breakfast.

The list is endless! It’s got to be one of my favourite places to stay compared to plenty of other booking.com accommodations. Tracy and Ian are incredible hosts and there’s so much attention to detail. From booking, breakfasts, all the way to departure. This was an add on to my original trip elsewhere and this holiday has managed eclipse it, thanks Tracy and Ian.

Ian and Tracy were the perfect hosts, and nothing was too much trouble. The location was good, just up from the sea front, and about a ten minute walk into the town centre. The room was lovely and comfortable with nice decor, and they had thought of all the little touches, like fresh milk in your own fridge and a selection of biscuits. As for the breakfast - this was not a breakfast as such, but more like a royal banquet. A variety of cereals were on offer with half a dozen dishes of fresh fruits as a starter. Then came the monster English breakfast - bacon, sausages, egg, mushrooms, hash browns, black pudding, tomatoes and baked beans, backed up by thick toast. All accompanied by fresh fruit juice, and tea and coffee.

Where do we begin, lovely B&B with old fashioned hospitality that we haven’t had anywhere else! Every amenity was considered and our hosts truly went above and beyond even picking us up from the station! The breakfast standard was amazing with good quality food you could tell the difference. The continental options were amazing there was everything you could need. We had our own living room which was really cost and a home from home.

There was nothing to dislike!
