An excellant 3 days. The cottage location was perfectly placed for our adventures.

There were a few cobwebs inside. The hoover provided was not powerful enough. The back of the property could do with some solar or motion-activated lighting, as it is very dark, and the log steps down to the gravel pathway are slippery when wet. The boiler was showing a fault on the last day, but the radiators and hot water were working.

Much more relaxing and restorative than we expected it to be, thanks to the location

The location was wonderful. There is nothing like being able to walk out of your front door onto a wide lawn with a view of the mountains and a beautiful river gently flowing by, no sound of traffic, nothing but tranquil sounds of life in the countryside. Ideally located for walking, exploring (by car) the beauty of Perthshire, the Cairngorms and Speyside.

The kitchen could have done with a larger frying pan and the knives needed sharpening.

Excellent location on the banks of the River Tay. Very peaceful but still conveniently located close to Pitlochry for visits, shopping, restaurants etc.

Perfect break in Pitlochry in Autumn.

Loved the location and the cottage itself. It has a lovely, chilled vibe and was perfect for a short break for four of us and a dog. Will definitely return if it’s available to book when we’re back in Pitlochry next year.

A wonderful experience and one that we will always appreciate and remember

This cottage was in a most peaceful and beautiful location.We enjoyed watching the river and the wildlife, particularly in the tranquil early mornings. The cottage was clean and comfortable and very well equipped.

There was nothing that we didnt like . We could not fault a thing! Well , apart from the corkscrew didnt work ! We loved every minute . The bed was very comfy and the showers were superb. We made good use of the terrace too .

Absolutely stunning location & bewtiful cottage. Amazing.

Stunning location, cottage was fantastic, everything spotless, good WiFi. 2 dogs loved it. Luvly log fire but didn't need it as we had a hot week. Everything in cottage looked quality & new, all ya needed in the kitchen. We were all well impressed when we walked in, couldn't have got anywhere any better. Stunning!

Only thing was the 2 sofas in the lounge looked really nice but was so uncomfortable, we fetched chairs from outside to sit on. Beds really hard too. Showers brilliant but leaked when I rinsed after use, not sealed properly. Extra pillows would have been appreciated.

It was the perfect location,walk, paddle,swim, canoe drive to Pitlochry/Aberfeldy .Great location staff easy to contact if needed.. GREAT!

Stunning cottage, so peaceful fantastic when u have dogs for nice walks

The showers were outstanding great water pressure. The bath was amazing both in a feature & for relaxing. Kitchen clean,practical new good appliances. Love the nespresso machine. The wood burner I loved never got to use it it would have loved to snuggle up i fro t of it. Lovely big bed. Area at front of cottage could wipe down dirty dogs before getting into main cottage. Nice patio area overlooking water bliss with a glass of wine.

Needed an extra pillow, I struggle sleeping with 1 pillow but no extras on property
