Good choice if you would like to experience a chateau

This chateau was renovated with modern decoration. I didn't stay in the main building but in a secondary one which was redesigned for accommodation purposes. Nice spacious room with comfortable bed. Huge gardens and forests nearby, if you like walking. A family would appreciate their stay.

The chateau is in the middle of nowhere, be careful as the map may mislead you. Personally I didn't mind since I was just travelling around.

A peaceful and beautiful haven only a short drive from the main road. A treat: go!

Stunning location on edge of woodland. Very quiet and restful. Great for humans and dogs! The gite accommodation was excellent. The communal kitchen and sitting room were very smart and well equipped, and our room was large with an excellent en suite bathroom. The breakfast was in the chateau. A fantastic environment and a very good breakfast indeed. 15 minutes from the north/south motorway.

The only recommendation we made was that there should be more furniture in the room to put clothes/cases on. A Very small issue compared with the many splendid aspects of our stay.

Fabulous accommodation, beautiful rural location, the most amazing well equipped bedroom, very quiet and relaxing. Lovely log fire in the main house area. One of the best hotel rooms we have stayed in for a long time, just beautiful. Daniel was amazing, so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Lovely breakfast. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

We absolutely loved our stay in this castle! We will definitely come back!

The location was fantastic. A great place to relax and to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The castle is well maintained and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We loved the rooms (lobby) downstairs, kept in the way it used to be long time ago, with burning fireplaces which made you feel welcome and warm during rainy days and chilly evenings. The rooms upstairs have been completely renovated recently. Our room was very spacious, light and clean. The interior was modern but matched beautifully with the old beams.

This stay turned out a to be a very pleasant surprise!

Beautiful location and interiors with wonderful staff.

The staff went above and beyond to help us (allowing a late check-in and feeding us in the evening because of some extraordinary circumstances) and could not have been more kind and helpful. The room was beautiful and very clean.

The breakfast could have had a bit more variety, or perhaps the option of something hot for the price of €20 but this is a very minor thing overall.

Great location if the toilet separation would be addressed!

It is beautiful location with great buildings and nature

The rooms have been very nicely renovated and we loved the decoration but toilet was open in the room not framed to get privacy from sound and smell. This was so unpleasant that even if the rest was very nice we would not return. The bath area could easily be separated with a glas solution… sad it is not being done!

A sublime slice of peace for a family stay.

The size and space of the rooms are cavernous. The welcoming and attention to detail for our stay was exceptional. The beautiful walks around the lakes - great white egrets among other bird life seen. The breakfast was superb. The Bleue Maison is across the road. Perfect.

Het was een hele mooie locatie met een heel aangenaam onthaal. De receptionist neemt je meer naar u kamer en legt alles goed uit.

Très bel endroit, dans un cadre nature, Personnel très agréable, disponible et aidant. Très grande chambre avec une bonne literie. Plusieurs salons avec cheminées feu de bois. Petit déjeuner complet.

En hiver le chauffage de chambre est insuffisant, ça m’a gaché la nuit. La rénovation a oublié la ventilation dans la douche, et l’éclairage miroir est insuffisant. Très surpris qu’il n’y ait pas de tv dans la chambre. Pas de restaurant dans l’hotel, et le plus proche est un gastronomique couteux

Een aanrader voor een romantisch verblijf!!

Prachtig ( met liefde)gerenoveerd kasteel. Heerlijke kamer. Goede parkeergelegenheid. Wij werden in de ochtend wakker door werklui die aan de gang gingen. Bij het uitchecken werd ons het ontbijt gratis aangeboden vanwege de overlast! Hoe klantvriendelijk is dat!!

Het hele project was nog niet helemaal afgerond, dus wij misten bijv 2 lekkere stoelen op de kamer. Er stond geen kast om wat in of op te leggen. Lichtknop zat maar 1 kant van het bed. Maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken, want het was een geweldig verblijf!!!

Top verblij op een mooie locatie

Mooie locatie, lekker ontbijt aan de open haard, vriendelijk personeel. Een top restaurant op 3min wandelafstand, wel voortijdig een tafel reserveren. Wij hadden een mooie gerenoveerde kamer in de zijvleugel met een inloopdouche en apart toilet achter een glazen “doorkijk” wand. Dit voelt niet zo comfortabel als je naar het toilet moet.

Tip: plaats tot op halve hoogte een matte folie op de glazen wand van het toilet en inloopdouche voor iets meer privacy.
