    Near the main offices and a stroll from Tower Bridge. Good hotel that is well maintained and well located

    I have no complaints but would wish the gym was stacked with more equipments. Breakfast was decent. The bit that i liked is the water and ice dispenser on every floor which was great for me as i like to have my coke with ice. Staff were super friendly. Would stay again especially since i came on business. Not to forget the hotel is in a relatively quiet area despite being opposite of Aldgate Station.

    My experience at this hotel was disappointing. Stayed for my birthday. When I arrived, the toilet was dirty and had visible hair on it. I requested housekeeping to clean it, but they didn’t use any cleaning products and wiped the toilet with the same rag they used on the floor. This was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable for a hotel. I hope management improves their cleaning standards and trains the staff properly.
