Lovely location, lodge well equipped and comfortable
Only one part of the hot tub jets was working, we reported it to reception but they was unable to fix the problem. We specifically looked for a lodge with hot tub so this did spoil our experience, especially with the price we paid.

The caravan was lovely and clean.
The main reason for booking this property was the hot tub. This was still being filled when we arrived and do not reach temperature, so we couldn’t use it. The next 2 days it lost temperature through the night and did not heat up enough to be able to use it at all during our full stay. Very disappointing. This was reported.
