Elegant Lodge with Hot Tub

The lodge is lovely & modern. The sofas & beds are very comfortable. The location is great. The receptionist was lovely.

On entry to the lodge a large cupboard door was left on the side. There are only two plastic cups provided for use in/near the tub and they are cracked and scratched. The hot tub was set at the highest temperature of 40°C which was too hot for us as a family so we couldn’t use it. 38°C would have made all the difference! The temperature didn’t come down even with the lid left off. The hot tub wasn’t cleaned during our two night stay.

Beautiful caravan, loads of space, very quiet and relaxing. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Check in and out is super quick and easy. Had a small issue with the cooker but called the number provided and someone was out within 10mims to sort. The club house/restaurant does a nice pint after a relaxing walk from the caravan 😉 A local village is close by with some lovely places to eat and drink. Brilliant cafe called the words definitely worth it for visit. Local park and rides to get to York for a day out with the seaside about hours drive away. Definitely worth a stay 😊

Beautiful and modern Lodge. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed every minute. We had an issue with the hot tub during our stay but this was swiftly fixed for us after reporting it.

The bedroom could really use some blackout blinds/curtains. It was very bright from around 6am every morning which woke us up but it’s still a lovely Lodge!

Looked modern, great hot tub, staff at club house were friendly and helpful. Quiet location, well kept grounds. Facilities were good.

Cobwebs in skylight, dirty windows and window sills, dirty terrace and railings, double bed had loose springs, toilet seat in main bathroom didn’t fit correctly and kept slipping.
