Movenpick Living Istanbul West

We booked a 4-bedroom apartment and it was really roomy with 2.5 bathrooms. They are generous with drinking water and espresso capsules.. The parking was easy to access and its size is very adequate.

The main and biggest problem for us was the AC ! We never saw a hotel with such a bad system ! There are remote controls in the rooms, but they serve nothing as the AC system is generally operated, only from the technical room of the hotel !! If you turn it off, it will restart again after a few minutes !! It can only be turned on from the remote control and it is very cold. No way to increase or decrease the set temperature. We had to call the reception every time we want to turn off the AC, because it cannot be turned off from the room. And some of the staff at the reception would reply in a bad way if you insist why the AC has not been turned off, as if it is our mistake. Really we don't understand how they can keep such a system !! Otherwise there is little to complain about: The gym is a bit small and old. The location is not for people who are looking to go out walking. I would recommend having a car to stay there. But the AC issue ruined the whole experience.

Reception it was fantastic job absolutely I will come more than one time for this hotel because it’s family hotel and they respect all the people from Arab country and Europe the Rome and the house it was super clean super nice we get the room number 1557 it was very nice very clean absolutely I’m very happy because I chose this hotel and I will come every time with my family thank you guys for your effort and your professional top vip hotel

Fantastic staff and great rooms

Location is not ideal for tourists as it is a long way to everything

It was a three bedroom villa and it was spacious

it seems like the villa was faulty, the lights not working, fridge and washing machine not working a lot of the floorboards not put together, seem like there was some sort of water damage because the wallpaper was bubbling up from the paint. Food was going off in the fridge had to get a an engineer every other day to come and sort out all the problems. The walls in the corridor not like how was described in the picture. I was looking and looked like it needed refurbishing definitely not worth the money. It was frustrating and time-consuming because we would have to wait for the engineer to come which would take up to 30mins- 1 hour to arrive.
