Absolutely I want to thanks all the stuff specially relation guest relation It was very polite. Very professional follow up everything. Food thank you chef it was very nice. Food not expensive. Housekeeping thank you so much, Mr. Yakoub It was very professional very quick very clean Top Vip service from them. Reception it was fantastic job absolutely I will come more than one time for this hotel because it’s family hotel and they respect all the people from Arab country and Europe the Rome and the house it was super clean super nice we get the room number 1557 it was very nice very clean absolutely I’m very happy because I chose this hotel and I will come every time with my family thank you guys for your effort and your professional top vip hotel

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing—especially thanks to the wonderful restaurant staff. The pool was great, and the sauna was super relaxing too.
The receptionist was unpleasant and unprofessional, and the hotel itself needs significant improvements to meet five-star standards. Additionally, some of the furniture was damaged.
