The hotel is very clean well organized. It's really representing a 5 stars hotel. The bed is comfortable and the linen very clean the room lights are excrllent. I have really enjoyed my stay in this hotel.
It has an excellent security both in the entrance and in the lefts
The staff were very efficient welling to help and welcoming and polite
Unfortunately I stayed only one night as I traveled second day. I wish that I knew about it earlier to schedule my all stay in istanbule in it
The breakfast was elegant and excellent
The access to mall of istanbule from the hotel is one of the previlage too.
Note the parking in the hotel is through valet at the gate of the hotel with charges. However the charge is only 500 LT a day
