Overall, the hotel is very successful in terms of location, accessibility, surrounding area, and cleanliness.
For a five-star hotel under the Sheraton brand, I expected a richer breakfast with more Turkish cuisine options. Instead, it felt like a standard European-style breakfast, which I found disappointing and not quite fitting for this level of hotel. Also, the air-conditioning controls in the rooms were not very clear or easy to understand.
