Staff were excellent throughout our stay, hotel facilities were amazing and generally a very positive experience overall and i would recommend!

Nice location,view was nice
They at first charge us 100£,they said we would receive immediately,but during check out they said it would take 5-7 days..Like cmon!! We r tourist we need money..Why they don’t tell us to charge 100£ which is refundable, but can’t be refunded immediately during checking out which they promised during check in.. There’s charging more .We haven’t touched their anything in the minibar but still we will get nearly 70-78 £ ,why there is hidden charges! Why it is not mentioned before..
