Hotel needs to renovate Spa. Just close Spa and reconstruct everything. It’s in awful condition. They also had a male person who is in charge of cleaning women fitting room. He is coming in to grab used towels. Everything in Spa is so disgusting. Mold in broken hamam, stinks , broken showers, toilet for which you can not close, sink which are never washed, the mountain of used toilet paper in the corner on the wall. Sauna is absolutely cold and broken. It’s unbelievable that Sheraton has such poor Spa condition. And no cleaners inside, except that male.
