Very pathetic overall conditions. Didn’t clean the room, in shower soap stand is broken and there was no soap or no place to keep the soap also. Bathroom is stinking and toilet seat mounting bracket is broken one sides. Breakfast was really pathetic. None of the reception staff knows English. Totally unorganized and unprofessionally managed .

I stayed at the hotel for 10 days and report that Air-conditioner was not working on Day 3. I was told a technician would attend but never did for the rest of my stay. Different staff at the reception gave different explanations and by the ninth day the excuse given was that the management had decided to replace all air conditioners in the hotel.
House keeping electronic notification devices exist and I activated it on multiple occasions but this made no difference and I had request cleaning in-person!
There is no use requesting a non smoking room fumes from smokers in the hotel and from the street slip across given that aircon wasn’t working and I had to open my window which is street facing.
Breakfast is available and included in my booking but it was the same menu everyday. Menu is carbohydrate-rich and low on vitamins and proteins. On this score it is anything but healthy.
My lamentation knows no bounds…but I must stop. This is not an experience to be relived
