    Title: Absolute disappointment / Unprofessional behavior and hidden fees I booked this hotel through Agoda for a future date by mistake. When I realized the mistake on the check-in day, I contacted the hotel to change the reservation date to "today". Even though they had available rooms and accepted the change, they took advantage of the situation and forced me to pay an extra 1,000 TL in cash at the desk. Additionally, the hotel description is highly misleading. The rooftop terrace and the restaurant were completely closed. There were absolutely no services or facilities provided other than a basic kettle and a single tea bag in the room. It seems this hotel is located next to a private hospital and completely relies on foreign health tourists, which clearly makes them greedy enough to rip off local customers over minor booking mistakes. The management is completely profit-driven and lacks basic hospitality ethics. I highly recommend staying away from this place. There are much better, cleaner, and more honest hotels in Istanbul. 1 out of 5 stars. .
