The hotel is in a great location, close to public transportation and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Everything was comfortable, and the staff were especially pleasant. A special thanks to Alina for her hospitality and responsiveness to any questions we had. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean, cozy, and well-maintained.

Gerçekten çok güzel bir konaklama geçirdik 🥹 Otelin atmosferi çok sıcak ve huzurluydu. Çalışan herkes o kadar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü ki kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Odalar tertemizdi, her şey çok özenliydi. Kahvaltısı da ayrı güzeldi 🤍 Ayrılırken üzüldük açıkçası. Tekrar gelir miyiz? Kesinlikle evet 🌸 Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.”

Amazing stay at Casa Florya. I had a surgery in Istanbul and stayed for about 2 weeks. The staff here were incredible. Exceptionally friendly and helpful for all of my needs during my stay - assisting with luggage when I couldn’t carry my things, arranging taxis, and more. The breakfast is really tasty and I appreciated how the cook remembered my preferences. The room was clean and well kept, and overall the hotel was calm and quiet.

Smoking is allowed in some of the rooms - if the guest in there isn’t mindful about opening a window (and sometimes even if they did) my own room would smell like cigarette smoke. I understand smoking is allowed in buildings in Turkey but really it’s unpleasant for those who don’t smoke

Paredes sem nenhum isolamento acústico. Ouve se até a respiração do vizinho, ligações telefônicas, conversas, tudo. Ruído excessivo de uma mesquita próxima, dificultando quem precisa descansar durante o dia. Foram pagos 3 diárias com café da manhã incluso. O café é em uma cafeteria ao lado, funcionam das 9 as 11h somente, o que pode ser frustrante, ninguém fala inglês, inclusive uma funcionária da recepção do hotel e o café da manhã não está disponível aos domingos, ou seja, perdi dinheiro e não há nenhum aviso.
