Overall the staff were accomodating. And the room is okay however there was no internet for 2 days. We stayed there for 4 days. No aircon in the room ao it was hot at night.

The 1st staff I met Kemal was disaterous, he was indifferent not looking to me when we were talking. Answers his cell phone while talking to me and left me and gone twice without any kind of reapect. The air-conditioning was not working and for 2 hours the problem was not solved untill I had to skip him and talk to his boss. The other man was caring kind and solved the problem immediately with a complement. The room is small sized WITHOUT ANY STORING DRAWERS OR WARDROBE. THE FRIDGE HAD A BAD SMELL AND OBVIOUS SPELLED LIQUID. There were some tiny flies in the room. You cannot lock toilet door. No clothes hinges anywhere in the room. No shoes cabinet. Breakfast was a shiny thing in this hotel darkness. The location is on busy street beside a very busy road Basin Ekspes.
