The whales, waves, the birds and on my gosh look at that, you can see all the way to Washington on a clear day! Wow you made it to the beach and this is a condo you will never forget. We love how easy it is go stroll out to the green grass and enjoy the out door salt air right on the bluff overlooking the pacific. In the winter time you can watch big waves and surfers fly by below and in summer be on the lookout for whale spouts as the th migrations will pass right in front of you. We are excited to offer this property in our program and expect you will enjoy this wonderfully appointed and beautifully decorated condo at a location that will take your breath away!

Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. The minimum age for renting is 25 years old
Occupancy: 6 (Guests of ALL ages, as well as visitors stopping by, count toward occupancy)
Maximum Vehicles : 2 (Vehicles must park on site in the designated spaces; there is no street parking allowed per city ordinance for guests staying at or visiting a vacation rental home)
EXTRA THINGS TO NOTE: While this condo is located on the first floor, there are stairs outside leading to the condo from the parking lot.
Nightly minimums and rates will vary depending on market conditions:
Peak Season - 4 night minimum
Holidays - 3-4 night minimum over Holidays/Major Events
Off Season (October – May) - 2 night

We have always stayed in the city's heart of Seaside. This was a new experience. It was serving us tranquillity with beautiful views that greet you when you wake! It has easy access to the Tillamook state forest if you want to hike or geo-cache. Keep in mind it's muddy. There's a map that says there's beach access close by too but we didn't scout it out. This property is so nature-full a beautiful doe, a deer, a female deer came within 4 meters of our window. It's also a gated community. Which came in handy for peace of mind (our garage didn't auto-open or lock). We notified management, they were waiting for parts to repair it. The car can still go in the garage, it's just manually operational. The landscaping is immaculate. Atop this cliff you are able to see Washington, all of seaside, miles and miles of ocean, ships, seals, surfers, bird's eye view of the seagulls flying, and the gorgeous waves crashing onto the rock littered shore. It is a stunning site to see!
The unit is gorgeous! It's over the top decked out! Stainless steel, white, black, marble, granite. Beachy, but not tacky. It didn't smell bad. Common areas are large enough for a family and then some. Full sized newer Samsung washer and dryer (which I appreciate!). There's even a sink in there, making it a 'mud room' of sorts. There are a few nicks and cuts here and there (stains, ill mannered coffee pot, things of that nature). They did not impede on our stay.
The main thing that impacted our stay was the bed. I can only speak on behalf of the master bed. It's awful! By night two I did my best to get comfortable on the floor. We tried to make it work by grabbing all of the couch cushions and any other pillows that weren't being used from the other rooms (they need more pillows in general). These attempts were not successful. Sleep is so important..comfort is important for sleep. It's a real bummer.
For you, maybe the jacuzzi tub in the master bath can make up for it? I just didn't have time or energy to try it out. I did however get an AMAZING massage from a local place called the healthy hub and wellness massage in town, which may have been my saving grace.
It's important to note I am disabled. I have chronic pain, spinal fusions, and other back problems that need intervention. So this may not be the case for you, or you may be able to work something out that justifiably provides you comfort. I would stay again if they get a new bed. Overall we had a good time. Rate: 7.5/10.
