Had a great stay. Sad to see that they selling the property. Parking at the back yard would have been a great option.

SUCKED

Nothin. It was in a terrible neighborhood. Your supposed to park on one side or the other and we did and are car still got towed. There was a double shooting 3 streets up. You couldnt pay me to stay here again

Everything was terrible. I would burn this house to the ground instead of trying to put families in this location. You should be arrested for renting this out in this area. Worst vacation I’ve ever been on hands down no questions asked

Location was close to Niagra Falls. Property could use some fixes to accommodate customer's concerns

Close to Niagra Falls. Kitchen facilities were very good and clean.

There were uneven boards and vents in the flooring causing trip and fall concerns. Also only one small bathroom that did not have any counter space at all. I moved a small end table from one of the bedrooms into the bathroom so that basics could be placed there for showering and getting ready. Other rooms did not have mirrors with sufficient lighting so you had to use the bathroom. Suggest putting a small table in there for future guests. Also backyard fence gate was open and wind made the gate open and close one night during windy times. Also was a safety concern as the backyard fence was open to the alley way allowing people access to the property. It kept me up at night.

Not what I was expecting.

- There something that will need to be updated. Like the actual location of the house cause is not really walking distance and the neighborhood doesn't look so good to be walking to Niagara Falls. There were parts of the floor that when you step on felt like it was going to break. And at the bathroom floor has a tile crack.

not in a good area, could not walk anywhere. Floors on first floor felt like they would fall in. Very tiny bathroom on 2nd floor. stairs were steep and slick. Minimal dishes, no extra bedding. Paid 190.00 cleaning fee and was asked to strip the beds! not. No outside trash bin either.

Level of a cheap hostel. Dirty, with damaged floors and chairs, dirty everything- from floors to linens and cookware, old squeaking beds and doors. No hangers or even hooks anywhere - your jacket has to stay on the floor. Old, dirty, damaged cookware. There are nails sticking out of the table and insects poison in cookware cabinets, making staying completely unsafe. Forks and spoons are worse than those from Dollar store. No hairdryer, although listing promised one. No response from the owner to provide any of the promised amenities. No-one cares about you after you booked Terrible climate control - it’s ether freezing, or impossibly hot. Photos of the listing do not reflect what you get. Better book any cheap motel in the area

Over all clean and close to Niagara Falls State Park. Check in/out was easy. Booking.com app was easy to use. Responsive to message. Positive experience.

Coffee pot did not work, nor coffee filters that fit coffee pot provided. No bowls provided. Very few mirrors upstairs. No hangers / / no where to hang clothes. No laundry facilities (washer/dryer). Only one receptacle upstairs in restroom. No extra pillows available. Bed in second bedroom extra firm mattress. No bed side lamps. Fans worked and windows opened on second level. Limited toiletries: Only dish soap, hand soap and 3:1 wash provided. No hand towels, plenty of bath towels. No blow dryer. Ran out of TP last night of 3 night stay. No off street parking / free street parking. Be mindful of the Odd/Even Street parking rules. Followed the lead of neighbors. Flight of stairs to the bedrooms and 1 bathroom made it difficult for senior. Not ADA accessible.

A good option if you want to be as close as possible to the Niagara Falls park

Ther house is quite close to the Niagara Falls park, but the neightborhood doesn look in good shape. The host attention is excellent.

The beds may need to be renewed. The air conditioner doesn´t cover the upper level and there was a smell inside the house.

Easy check-in/check-out, they just give you a pin the day of your arrival. Within 5 minutes away from everything. The place was clean and comfortable.

Дом находится совершенно не там, где он отмечен на картах при заказе. До водопада 45-50 минут пешком, вместо указанных 10 минут при заказе. Не бронируете это жилье, добираться до водопада придется на такси. Мы отменили эту бронь и просто уехали.
