Our stay in Niagara Falls was exceptional. The house was exactly as represented in the pictures—if anything, even better in person. It was appointed with the warmth and attention of a cherished home, rather than a space designed solely as a rental. From the décor to the thoughtful details, it felt as though we had been invited into someone’s personal space, and that made our time here all the more comfortable and welcoming.
Norma was consistently available and responsive, making communication easy and reassuring from start to finish. Overall, a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations. We would gladly return.
