Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely place!

Spacious, quiet, spotlessly clean. Brilliant information booklet with everything we needed - facilities in property, quickest way to get to Falls, entry prices, opening hours, restaurants & reviews etc etc etc. Well equipped kitchen, spacious lounge. Very close to falls & spectacular firework display at 10pm. Easy to walk over the bridge to Canada, about 20 mins from the property.. Great communication from owner throughout. Good selection of Restaurants about a 20 min walk away, or quick taxi ride!

Minor issue as we were only there for 2 nights but would have been good to have hanging space in the bedroom with the bunk beds. There was a large chest of drawers though, perhaps a rail would have be better in its place?

Excellent short stay with ideal property facilities and location.

Very well organised arrival with clear and friendly directions from the property owner, excellent location to reach the Niagara Falls on foot. Comfortable and spacious property with lounge area, dining, kitchen and three independent bedrooms.

No negatives, everything met expectations.

kitchen was clean . the mattress was comfortable . of course it’s a old house but the keep ok. I did not use anything on the kitchen except refrigerator that was clean. be careful not to take a shower 2 people on the same time

sheets should be like whites and the covers should be light color so I’ll feel more comfortable to cover but I use my sheets always😀

We loved the location, the homely feel of the place, the cleanliness and the hosts.

The location was great for us as we live about an hour from the border of the US and Canada. The home has a warm and homely feel to it, plenty of natural light, and is very clean and organized. The beds were very comfortable and felt clean and inviting.

These are recommendations to improve the house to a 9 rating. We assumed there would be a dishwasher but there isn’t. The cutlery to eat with was clean but could do with an upgrade since some of the items looked a bit worn out.
